INFAMOUSLOVE
The heart wants what the heart wants... good or bad.
Jethro "Jet" Carter has it all — the streetz respect him, the money never stops, and two women would burn the city down for a piece of his heart. But Jet is the King of the Streetz for a reason, and kings don't get to choose an easy life.
The story
Kali is his ride-or-die, a certified gangsta with a gun on her hip and his name freshly inked across her skin. Kamari is his peace, his rising star, the one who makes him believe he could actually leave the life behind.
Between burying friends, bailing out family, and building an empire that could make him a legend or get him killed, Jet is running out of road. His mentor is gone. His crew is bleeding. And the two women who love him are done sharing.
When a simple lick turns into a tragic nightmare, everything Jet built — the money, the power, the love — hangs on a single, bloody moment he never saw coming.
Loyalty. Love. Legacy.
In these streetz, you don't get all three.
From chapter one
"Girl, I don't know. That was years, on top of years ago. Last I heard, he was in prison." Kamari thought back to the events that had shifted their future. How Jethro "Da Jet" Carter went from promising NFL star, to a street thug.
Now here it was years later and Kamari was staring at the message: "Hey!"
